The Parental Stress Center has made a commitment to achieving cultural competency and diversity in the staff, board, volunteers and participants in the agency’s programs. Through a strategic planning process the Parental Stress Center has identified specific goals, and a timeline in which to meet those goals, to enhance the cultural environment of the agency.
