In 1991, a generous anonymous donor created a foundation to support the work of the Parental Stress Center. The donor named the foundation after Fran Nelson, who was the Parental Stress Center’s Executive Director from the organization's creation in 1976 until her retirement in 2003. The foundation not only honors Fran’s many contributions to the agency, but also brings exciting new opportunities for enhancing the agency’s efforts.
